Writers – sharpen your pencils!!
I’m super psyched for NaNo and even though I’m not an “official” of WriMo I’m hosting my own local kickoff for Maple Valley Writers and weekly write-ins. Our kickoff will be the 30th down at the Spot. For more details visit: maplevalleywriters.webs.com
I can’t wait for the duckies to appear!
That’s awesome you’ll have a kick-off in Maple Valley as well Rachel! The more the merrier…may the duckies fall like rain! (For those who wonder what the duck thing is about…Rubber duckies are the official Seattle area (and beyond) signal that you’re writing for NaNoWriMo. You put out a rubber ducky when you write in cafe’s and then other writers know they can join you to work on NaNo together. Most of us have amassed quite the collections of unique ducks. 🙂 )
Way to go, Rachel!
Calling all quackers! (smile)
