All of you writers out there, are you ready for NaNoWriMo? Most of our FVP featured authors wrote their published works during one of these annual word-weaving extravaganzas. If you don’t have a Region group in your area, we welcome you to join Snoqualmie Valley Region as your Home Region. We’ll be glad to cheer you on to the 50,000 word finish line! If you haven’t written your novel yet, what are you waiting for? Give it a try this November. We’re right here with you!
Here’s the flyer for our local Kick-off Party. If you’re near enough to attend, we look forward to seeing you there!
So excited for NaNo! I wanted to go to Seattle’s kickoff party but it’s so far North that Issaquah is closer to Seattle (and me) this year… My blog readers and myself picked the Geocache Killer for me to write this year for NaNo so I’ll probably stop by a write-in sometime to work on it.
Souinds great, Rachel! Yes, I’ve had a few folks say they are excited about the closer alternative of Issaquah for Kick-off. I will be a fun party! Looking forward to seeing you during November write-ins!
Good luck to everyone, but at the moment my WIP, tentatively entitled Thalia Reborn is at 84,500 some words. It should only take another two thousand at the most to finish it. I so hope that last statement is correct. Thank you for the invitation. It means so much to a former Moon Valley Rd. resident.

Here’s the flyer I created for our Region’s NaNoWriMo kick-off. I’m co-ML for our region, and yes, I’m writing 50,000 words again! Find me as a NaNo buddie at Quinnleeeee (5 e’s)!
I love NaNoWriMo — you bet I’m doing it again. This’ll be my 9th year in a row winning it. Yes, I’m determined to get my 50k done. I love hanging around with fellow writers and beating my head against a blank page until words pour out. If you’ve never done it before, come on and give it a shot. It’s fun, in a weird kind of way.
Yes, crazy-fun! You betcha’. See you around the Valley Kathleen!
